If the apps on your JVC TV are not working it is easy to assume that there is something wrong with the TV. This, however, very often this is not the case. A common culprit to interfere with the functioning of apps are privacy settings.
Where are the privacy settings on a JVC TV?
To find the privacy settings, press the menu button, go to ‘System’ and select ‘Privacy Settings’. For the purpose of troubleshooting the apps it is recommended to use the ‘Accept All’ setting.
If this does not work, the same problems can be caused by privacy settings on your network or internet connection. To change these contact your ISP or log into your account with your service provider and check the settings in there.
